Request for Cookbook Recipe Contributions

"George, I have decided to make a cookbook with my family's recipes and ones I have developed and some of my friends' family recipes, Wade's family's - Wade thought we could go further with the Orinoco family. Let everyone know if they would like to submit. I will try to get everyone a copy."

So, here's the idea.

Send Dotti (at IBDotti2@aol.com ) any favorite recipes you feel worthy of inclusion.

While Dotti didn't mention it, I would like to suggest you add a brief note about the recipe.

Include a bit of history and source - that is, whether it is an "Old Family Favorite" or from "Venezuela".

If recipes start piling up, Dotti may have to categorize them. Your notes will help, and some of the best cookbooks I have read are the ones with the short family stories interspersed.
