A couple of years ago I exceeded 200 people on the PO-PIAR page and e-mail list.
        Even before that, I started taking the time to break e-mails into groups of fewer than 40 addresses each, because some ISPs (Internet Service Providers) did not like e-mails addressed to so many people at once, considering them incoming junkmail.
        I eliminated that problem with all services, except CANTV.


        CANTV has blocked me, as a "SPAMMER" (for sending to multiple addressees), from sending any form of e-mail to any CANTV subscriber.
        As such, you can write to me; however, you will not receive answers from me, because CANTV bounces my replies.


        There is a solution to this problem.
        You can get one of the free e-mail accounts (for example, hotmail, msn, yahoo, or netscape) and provide that address for this mailing list and web page.
        Then you can check that address periodically.
        (Some people have told me that they figured out how to have their CANTV email software automatically check their free account, so they don't have to remember to do it separately.)
